THE SESSIONS

Each session utilizes technology to harness your own body's innate ability to rebuild, repair, and create tissue when necessary. Our providers are experienced in determining which modality will provide the best outcome for your specific goals, so that your treatment plan may be tailored to your current skin condition and desired outcome.

Dermal Health (DH)™

We are restoring, maintaining, and working to prevent further skin damages. Our goal is to make your skin healthier, so our next steps will have the greatest possible outcome. Each session allows your body to naturally stimulate collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production - which can decrease your time to fully heal.

Expected Downtime: 0-7 days

High Energy (HE)™

We begin to put your body to work after your Dermal Health™ sessions have laid the foundation for your skin health. We are able to use our modalities in conjunction with consumables to further your goals, enhance aesthetics and improve skin health. Post care is crucial for the most effective healing and results.

Expected Downtime: 7-14 days typical, up to 90 days for some residual redness

High Energy Intensive (HEI)™

The most rigorous category of session. We are able to do the most intensive, in depth treatment possible. This will include a variety of modalities along with consumables for the most dramatic changes in your skin health and appearance.

Expected Downtime: 14-30 days, up to 6 months

VOLUME + CONTOUR + STRUCTURE

Injectables have become a cornerstone in cosmetic enhancement and restoration, offering non-surgical solutions for volume, contour, and structural improvements to the face and body. Here's an overview of the main techniques and applications:

TECHNIQUES

Dermal Injectables:
Injectables offer versatile and effective solutions for aesthetic enhancement and restoration, catering to individual needs and preferences with minimal downtime compared to surgical options.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Fillers: Popular for their versatility and safety, HA fillers are used to add volume, smooth wrinkles, and improve skin hydration. Brands include Juvederm, Restylane, and Belotero.
Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) Fillers: Radiesse is a well-known CaHA filler that provides immediate volume and stimulates collagen production for long-term benefits.
Poly-L-Lactic Acid Fillers: Sculptra works gradually by stimulating collagen production, ideal for deeper wrinkles and areas requiring significant volume restoration.
Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) Fillers: Bellafill offers long-lasting results by providing a permanent collagen-stimulating effect.

Biostimulators:
When injected, biostimulators act as a scaffold that encourages the body's natural regenerative processes. Over time, this leads to increased collagen production and tissue regeneration, improving volume, texture, and skin elasticity

Renuva: Injectable treatment designed to stimulate the body's own production of collagen and other extracellular matrix components. Renuva, for instance, is made from allogeneic adipose tissue matrix, which contains growth factors and collagen.

APPLICATIONS

Facial Enhancement and Restoration:

Cheeks: Fillers like HA and CaHA restore volume loss due to aging, creating a youthful contour.
Lips: HA fillers enhance lip volume, shape, and definition.
Nasolabial Folds and Marionette Lines: Fillers smooth deep lines between the nose and mouth or from the mouth to the chin.
Under-Eye Hollows: Fillers can address dark circles and hollows, providing a refreshed appearance.
Jawline and Chin: Fillers and fat grafting can define the jawline and chin for a balanced facial profile.

Body Contouring:

Buttocks: Fat grafting (Brazilian Butt Lift) adds volume and shape.
Hands: Fillers rejuvenate aged hands by restoring lost volume and reducing the appearance of veins and tendons.

Structural Improvement:

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: Fillers can refine nose shape, correct asymmetries, and create a more balanced facial structure.
Temporal and Forehead Rejuvenation: Fillers restore volume to the temples and smooth forehead lines.

These treatments can offer significant improvement in skin quality and aesthetics, typically with minimal downtime. Always consult with a qualified medical professional to see if these treatments are appropriate for your specific needs.

RELAX & REBALANCE

Lipolytic injectable agents and neuromodulators play significant roles in cosmetic and therapeutic dermatology. Their primary applications focus on altering fat deposition, muscle dynamics, and tissue composition to improve aesthetics and address certain medical conditions.

Lipolytic Injectable Agents

These agents primarily target fat cells to reduce localized fat deposits and contour the body.

Fat Reduction:
Deoxycholic Acid (Kybella): An FDA-approved drug that breaks down fat cells, commonly used for reducing submental fat (double chin).

Body Contouring:
These agents can be employed in areas like the abdomen, thighs, arms, and other regions to achieve a more sculpted appearance.

Cellulite Reduction:
Lipolytic agents can be used in combination with other treatments to reduce the appearance of cellulite by breaking down subcutaneous fat.

Neuromodulators

Neuromodulators, such as Botox (Botulinum toxin), Dysport, and Xeomin, modulate nerve activity to relax muscles, providing both therapeutic and cosmetic benefits.

Wrinkle Reduction:
Relax muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, especially in areas like the forehead, between the brows (glabellar lines), and crow’s feet around the eyes.

Rebalancing Facial Muscles:
Asymmetry Correction: Adjust muscle activity to correct facial asymmetry.
Jaw Contouring: Reduce masseter muscle size for a slimmer jawline.

Hyperhidrosis Treatment:
Excessive Sweating: Used in areas like underarms, palms, and soles to reduce sweat production.

Combined Applications

Dermal Rejuvenation:
Neuromodulators and Fillers: Often combined with hyaluronic acid fillers to enhance skin volume and texture, providing a more youthful appearance.

Muscle and Fat Rebalancing:
Neuromodulators with Lipolytics: Working together, these can simultaneously reduce fat and relax underlying muscles, optimizing skin and tissue appearance.

Bone Remodeling:
While not directly, reducing fat and muscle activity can change the apparent contour of bone structures, providing a more balanced facial or body profile.

Medical Conditions

Chronic Pain Management:
Neuromodulators treat conditions like muscle spasticity, chronic migraine, and disorders like TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction) by relaxing overactive muscles.

Post-Surgical Recovery:
Neuromodulators may help in reducing muscle tension and aiding in the healing process.

Differences in downtime will vary depending on the individual. As we age and damage our skin, the ability for the body to repair itself can change. Our Dermal Health™ services are the foundation of good skin health. Between each High Energy™ and High Energy Intensive™ session we require at least three (3) Dermal Health™ sessions. This is to ensure the best outcome with the least amount of downtime as possible, as we are creating healthier skin with every session.
